Ford’s 5.4L is becoming the performance choice for many performance Mustang builders, replacing the 4.6L engine as the larger displacement provides more power, but without a performance intake manifold the transplant is one step short. Professional Products has introduced a solution with its Professional Products 54110 4.6L to 5.4L Adapter Kit for Ford. This kit allows the installation of Professional Products 4.6L 2-valve Intake Manifold Professional Products 54060 -Satin finish or Professional Products 54061-polished, or any other 4.6L 2V manifold, to the 5.4L engine without additional modifications. The kit includes the two aluminum adapter plates, intake gaskets and all the necessary mounting hardware to help your Mustang breathe free and produce more power.

Weiand is pround to introduce their new Action Plus™ manifold for the small block Ford. Weiand has designed these manifolds with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to generate maximum torque and horsepower in today’s more efficient engines. Finding additional horsepower is no easy task, and that’s why engineers have carefully designed the runner package and plenum to ensure the air/fuel ratio in each cylinder is consistent. With this manifold, poor distribution is corrected and additional horsepower is gained in the rich, lean cylinders.

The Ford Action Plus™ builds maximum torque for street performance engines and provides exhaust crossover for improved street driving. It is available in satin, polished, and Everbright™ finishes, and is fully machined for a perfect fit. Dyno testing of the Weiand 8124 found an additional 14 peak HP and 13lb/ft torque over a leading brand. Average torque was increased by 9.5 and HP by 8.5 from 2,200 to 6,000 RPM!
